The public procurement process pertains to the provision of specialized personnel for software testing. The following roles are currently defined: Manual Tester and Test Automation Specialist.

Eignungsanforderungen (Auszug)

• Bidding consortiums are permitted. A consortium must identify all members, appoint an authorized representative, declare joint and several liability, and specify the services to be performed by each consortium member. The consortium must use the form "Bidding Consortium" (Annex 1 to the Letter of Tender).
• Tenderers may rely on the capacities of other undertakings to demonstrate economic and financial standing or technical and professional ability. The tenderer must identify the undertaking concerned and provide evidence that the relevant resources will be available during contract performance. • The tenderer must complete the form "Reasons for Exclusion and Self-cleaning Measures" (Annex 6 to the Letter of Tender) and declare that none of the exclusion grounds under §§ 123 and 124 GWB or related procurement legislation apply. Where applicable, self-cleaning measures must be described and documented.
